sam beckett

Sam Beckett - (Skate Vert Comp)

Sam Beckett is the 2008 LG Amateur Action Sports World Champion in halfpipe skateboarding. This is no mean feat for a guy aged 16 with only a handful of years skating under his belt.

Sam is from Norfolk and is one of the UK's top new school halfpipe skaters. He started skating demos with Team Extreme in 2008 and has since won the UK vert series, beating all the old pros and also competed in the Amateur X Games 2008. Sam is set to be a big star in the future, watch out for him at halfpipe shows during 2009!

sam bosworth

Sam Bosworth - (Skate Vert Comp)

Sam is our latest skateboard genius, aged 14 he is simply incredible. In his first year skating with Team Extreme he's managed to amaze crowds at halfpipe shows with 7ft airs, back to back mc twists and double kickflip airs.

He's beating all the top UK skateboarders twice his age and is undoubtedly our top halfpipe skateboarder.

Ben Grove

Ben Grove - (Skate Street Course Comp)

Ben is currently part of the Vans Pro team. Expect to see him pulling some killer tricks.

Sebastian Keep

Sebastian Keep - (BMX Vert Comp)

Sebastian is one of the hottest new BMX riders around. Hailing from Hastings in Sussex, Sebastian ‘Bas’ Keep is a regular on the Props Megatours and can be seen on numerous BMX videos. He rides for team Hoffman and is currently breaking big time stateside.

Ben Wallace

Ben Wallace - (BMX Street Course Comp)

Ben is the UK's No.2 BMXer at the young age of 21. Ben appeared from nowhere and within a few years has annihilated the competition with his natural ability to make any trick he tries. He invented the barrel roll and the double downside tailwhip and last year pulled a triple tailwhip to win the 2007 FISE dirt contest!

Other competition results include: 2nd in Pro at the Suzuki Masters, 2nd Urban games, 2nd NASS06, 1st British Champs 06 and countless others. Ben starred on Blue Peter as part of the Einstein Year campaign, and has been known to pull backflip tailwhips, quite possibly the hardest trick in BMX!

Mark Webb

Mark Webb - (BMX Street Course Comp)

Mark is the No.1 BMXer in the UK. Within a decade Mark has transformed from a budding young biker at Southsea Skatepark to being a true world-class competitor. It's safe to say that he has amazed the whole of the BMX community with the tricks he's perfected and invented. Mark is the master of the flair (backflip 180) and is able to pull them on the smallest of ramps and can even pull double tailwhips and 900 spins on a mini ramp!

Unsurprisingly Mark has a string of competition wins under his belt including: Urban Games, Suzuki Masters and NASS 08 & 06, FISE 07 and countless others. Mark is simply on fire right now.

Rich Parker

Rich Parker - (Inline Vert Comp)

Rich is the current UK no.1 halfpipe skater and is one of our core performers in the halfpipe show. Rich lives in Glastonbury and is determined to be one of the best and it reflects in his skating style; being powerful and exciting. Rich is the only UK halfpipe skater to have earned an ASA pro title and tricks include a flat spin 900 and the incredible 1080 (3 complete spins, landing backwards). Competition results include: 6th at Asian X Games 2009, 2nd NASS pro comp, 6th LG US championships 2006, 7th LG Pro tour Amsterdam and 6th LG Pro world championships Dallas 2006 and 8th in 2008.
